What is it?<\/h2>\n

NAVE is an open innovation program of the ANP (Brazilian National Agency of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels) funded with resources from the Research, Development & Innovation clause of oil and natural gas exploration & production contracts.<\/p>\n

The nine energy companies participating in the first edition of NAVE are: Petrogal Brasil, TotalEnergies, China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC), Shell, ExxonMobil, Equinor, Repsol Sinopec, China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC), and Petrobras.<\/p>\n

Following the technical cooperation agreement signed with the ANP<\/a> and published on December 31, 2024, in the Official Gazette of the Union, the IBP (Brazilian Institute of Petroleum, Gas and Biofuels) became the administrative and financial manager of NAVE.<\/span><\/p>\n
